Säännöllisillä lääkityksillä matkustavan ihmisen pitää aina olla erityisen tarkka lääkkeiden kanssa. Schengen-alueella matkustaminen on helppoa, suomalaisista apteekeista saa rahaa vastaan hienon schengen-todistuksen joka riittää. Muut maat ovatkin sitten ihan eri sirkus, varsinkin jos käytössä on ADHD-lääkkeitä tai mitään muuta, jotka tulkitaan psykotrooppisiksi tai narkoottisiksi aineiksi.
Aloitimme asian selvittelyn hyvissä ajoin, mutta vastaukset eivät olleet avuliaita. Venäjän lähetystö ei vastannut sähköpostiin, ja tullin maili kimposi saman tien väärän osoitteen vuoksi. Lopulta löysin vanhan tiedustelusähköpostini, johon oli vastattu, ja sain ajantasaista informaatiota. Katso sähköposti ja vastaukset tämän postauksen lopussa.
Mongolian kunniakonsulaatti kertoi, etteivät hoida tällaista asiaa ja ohjasivat ottamaan yhteyttä Tukholman lähetystöön. Yksikään sivujen puhelinnumeroista ei vastannut useammasta yrityksestä huolimatta.
Kiinan suhteen ei löytynyt edes spostia mihin tiedustelu ohjata. Lopulta tuudittauduimme erään Reddit-ketjun tarjoamaan informaatioon.
Mutta takaisin niihin sirkustemppuihin. Kyllähän minä hyppään voltteja, jos ajoissa saan tietää että millaisia. Terveyskeskuslääkäri tarjosi ensin englanninkielistä reseptiyhteenvetoa allekirjoitettuna ja lopulta aivan viimeisenä arkipäivänä sain suomen- ja englanninkielisen, vapaamuotoisen todistuksen lääkkeistäni. Reseptiyhteenvedon sain käännätettyä Suomi–Venäjä -seuran avustuksella rahallista korvausta vastaan. Suurkiitos terveyskeskuksen hoitajalle, lääkärille, apteekin farmaseutille sekä Suomi–Venäjä -seuran ihmisille.
Venäjän tulliedustaja lähetti sähköpostissa myös tullauskaavakkeen joka oli kohtuullisen mysteerinen. Katsotaan, olenko täyttänyt sen oikein!
PÄIVITYS: Junassa kyllä tarkistettiin passi ja leimattiin maahantulokortti, mutta tullilomakkeeseen ei kukaan reagoinut mitenkään. Ehkä mä pääsen Siperiaan, enkä joudu Siperiaan.

There are no restrictions regarding the import of medicines to Russia by individuals for personal use that don’t contain narcotics and psychotropic substances.– I need paperwork to bring medications that are considered to be narcotic or psychotropic but can I bring with me enough for the whole duration of my travels that Russia is the first leg of?
According to the customs rules individuals may import medicines containing narcotics and psychotropic substances in the limited quantity and due to medical prescription. As for the other countries please check their customs rules.– I have english prescribtions of the medications, but what do the excerpt from case history really mean? I am not certain it is possible to get this.
According to the customs rules individual (that imports medicines containing narcotics and psychotropic substances) should have a prescription of the doctor and an extract from the medical history. Prescription (medical report) shall contain the indication of the potent substances, their dosage and the exact time interval of the course of treatment. As for an extract from the medical history please consult with doctor.– will non accredeted translation of prescribtions to russian be sufficient?
An individual also has to make official (notarized) translation of the documents from Finnish into Russian language.And finally, are one or more of these medicines considered to be narcotic or psychotropic?
…… In this connection we recommend you to take doctor’s prescription and medical history extract in regard to all these medicines.
When entering to Russia (at the border crossing point) you have to declare the medicines (fill in passenger customs declaration – see enclosure) and attach the abovementioned documents to the customs declaration.
If person will not make these actions it can be considered as an infringement of the Russian legislation and Russian customs authorities have right to initiate administrative or criminal investigation against person.
